- Both forms must be completed for every child that you are registering today
- Fees: $100 first child and $75 additional children

TeeBall -- ages 5-6
International League --ages 7-8
National League --ages 9-10
American League --ages 11-12 Teen League -- ages 13-15
Note: ages based on child's age on April 15th
